Your dog doesn't need to leave
We clean around pets every week. Bio-safe products, no harsh fumes, and cleaners who are comfortable around animals. Tell us your dog's name when you book and we'll say hi.
Heavy shedder? Mention it when you book so we bring the right vacuum. Ground-in pet hair in carpet is a separate job - that is our carpet and upholstery service.

Communication
You get your price before we book anything, a reminder the day before, and the name of the cleaner arriving. Message us and a person answers.

Quality
Your cleaner works from the checklist we have used here for four years. Minimum two years of experience, background-checked. The list covers baseboards, air vents and the inside of the microwave. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we clean it again at no charge.

A home much bigger or much dirtier than average is quoted from photos before we book, not adjusted on the day. Nobody likes that phone call.
Where we clean, and where we merely drive
Two different things, and most cleaning companies blur them. Here is the honest version.
North York – our route
We are based in Bathurst Manor, so everything here is a short drive. Earliest slots, the same cleaner every visit, and a same-week reschedule when something changes.
Midtown – we drive to you
Fifteen to twenty-five minutes south of us. Same service, same prices, same guarantee. Book a little further ahead so the route works, and we will tell you honestly if a day is full.
That is the whole list. We would rather turn down a job across the city than be late to yours, and there is a page for Bathurst Manor, Willowdale, Bayview Village and Thornhill.

What areas do you serve?
One tight route around North York: Bathurst Manor, Willowdale, Bayview Village, York Mills, Armour Heights, Ledbury Park, Hoggs Hollow, St Andrew-Windfields, The Bridle Path and Thornhill. We also drive fifteen to twenty-five minutes south into Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Chaplin Estates, Moore Park, Deer Park and Yonge and Eglinton. That is the whole list, and we keep it short on purpose.
How much does house cleaning cost in North York?
A standard clean starts at $159 for a one-bedroom, $189 for a two-bedroom and $229 for a three-bedroom. Deep cleans start at $279, move-outs at $249, and carpet and upholstery is priced per item from $69. The full table is further up this page. The number we quote is the number you pay.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every CLB cleaner is background-checked, has at least two years of experience and carries their own liability insurance.
Do I get a discount for recurring cleaning?
Yes: weekly saves 15%, bi-weekly 10%, monthly 5%. Recurring clients also keep the same cleaner whenever possible, so you explain how you like the kitchen done once rather than every month.
Can you get winter salt out of the carpet?
Usually, yes. Road salt is water-soluble, so hot-water extraction pulls it out of the fibre. Vacuuming only lifts what is loose on the surface, which is why the white bloom comes back a few weeks later. Most people book this in April, when the salt season ends.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean the areas in question free of charge. That is the whole policy.
